We are aware that PTZ may not be displaying correctly for some
members, and we know this has been going on for a little while. The
good news is that our PTZ database and records are accurate. It’s
just that they are not displaying properly. We are currently running
corrections to fix this problem once and for all. In the process, we
are providing double PTZ for all members who were unable to earn PTZ
on 10/13 and 10/14. Due to the large size of our database and our
desire to keep performance as stable as possible, we are running the
program 10,000 members at a time. We expect all members’ PTZ to be
updated by the end of the day on Monday, October 26.
If you're having trouble logging in, it may be because you're using
the "Remember Me" function on the site. This function is not working
properly right now. Instead, try typing in your user name and
combination and then clicking submit each day until this is fixed.
If you have been a Z-lister since before October 16, and if you
provided your shipping and shirt size information, your shirt has been
shipped or will be shipped by this Friday. If you haven't provided
your shipping and size information, please email it to
change@lockerz.com.
If you became a Z-lister after October 16, please expect your t-shirt
within 14 days.
